PTC Industries is a Lucknow-based manufacturer of precision metal components. A November 2021 Times of India report, retained on Invest UP’s website, described the company’s manufacturing work for ISRO rockets. That report provides an independent record of its space-related activity, alongside its defence and aerospace business.
In a January 2026 press release, PTC reported receiving a Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre order to convert titanium sponge into aerospace-grade titanium-alloy ingots. The company identified double vacuum arc remelting as the production process. This record documents an announced customer order; it does not establish completed delivery.
PTC’s October 2026 stock-exchange filings record an institutional equity placement and a subsequent correction to the amount expressed in words. The numerical total and share-allotment terms remained unchanged, according to the corrigendum. The filings reviewed here do not allocate the whole issue to space work.
