Manastu Space’s regulatory filings detail ₹22 crore from Gandhi Securities and Investments, the Thacker Legacy Trusts and angel investors, Inc42 reported on 30 October. It described the funding as an apparent extension of the satellite-propulsion developer’s Series A round.

The reported uses include research and development, expansion and marketing. A further ₹9.2 crore from Capital A remained unconfirmed, and Manastu had not answered Inc42’s questions before publication.

This private round is separate from the ₹116 crore Technology Development Board support agreement announced on 26 October. That government commitment is optionally convertible debt for Navi Mumbai-based Manastu’s propulsion development; the official announcement specifies no disbursement date.
